Meet the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Mike Welton and Meghan Barber, who share a profound love for crafting exquisite homes for extraordinary people.Mike, a third-generation home builder, with over a decade of industry experience, and is VP at Sunvale Homes (family business). Meghan, with 10 years of real estate expertise, combines her skills with a keen eye for design, ensuring every detail of your dream home is carefully considered.Together completing over 12 start-to-finish design builds, Mike and Meghan are your unwavering partners, guiding you through every stage of the journey, from initial concept to the final, beautifully styled result. Mike has been apart of building over 260 new homes with his management role at Sunvale Homes. Their story began on the slopes at the age of 5, as they grew up ski racing together. Their connection blossomed into love during their time at Western University. Today, they celebrate 12 years together and share a passion for the great outdoors, indulging in activities like skiing, backcountry adventures, sailing, hiking, and trail running.Located in the heart of Southern Georgian Bay, Mike and Meghan are thrilled to call this enchanting region home and specialize in making dreams come true in Collingwood and the Town of Blue Mountains.
